As you soar back up the mountain between one descent and the next, you’ll feel as though you can touch the sky with your finger and take in the paradise all around you!

The Sitas Ski Area has a total of 4 modern and efficient automatic cable car systems capable of travelling at a maximum speed of 5 metres per second:

The adrenaline starts building…

• The “Livigno – Tagliede” and “Tagliede – Costaccia” gondola lifts follow one another and are linked together at the middle station, allowing you to continue from one lift to another without having to get off (unless you wish to get off halfway along);

Okay, here we go, this is where the fun begins…

• The “Valandrea Vetta” chairlift is a four-person chairlift with a protective dome which starts near the Costaccia mountain hut and arrives to a level of 2612m; the ski lift serves the much-loved slope of the same name, as well as to transfer to the adjacent “Fontane Vetta” chairlift via the “Diagonale Rin” slopes;

We’re already one step closer to heaven…

• The “Fontane Vetta” chairlift: is a four-person chairlift with a protective dome which can be accessed from the “Diagonale Rin” and “Nuova Diagonale Rin” slopes; it starts from an altitude of 2352m and goes up to 2697m; from here, it is possible to go back down the main slope, known as “Rin”, or to return towards the uphill station of the Valandrea Vetta ski lift, or to carry on in the opposite direction, going towards the sister Ski Area Carosello 3000.
