The Biancaneve ice cream parlour and patisserie is next to the Tagliede Bar and Restaurant, and it produces most of its treats for sale in the restaurant, as well as the Costaccia Mountain Hut.
The workshop mainly produces typical local desserts such as: Blueberry tart, Apple tart, Strudel, Sachertorte and Walnut cake. These products are the timeless classics, to be sure, but the selection also includes more sophisticated and elegant semifreddos and custard desserts.
Around Christmas and Easter, production grows even further to include delicious treats such as panettone, colomba and chocolate Easter eggs. Throughout the year, they also make homemade ice cream which has, for many years now, been a particular source of pride and fame for the establishment.
The sheer breadth of the production is tied together by a few key common elements: the quality and genuineness of the raw materials, the skill, experience and ability to use them and combine them, the craftsmanship of the production, the traditional recipes and – last but not least – the passion of the patissiers!
